Sign Together with Leah is located in the San Diego area specializing in teaching American Sign Language to children, parents, educators, and caregivers. Workshops are designed to enable hearing babies and toddlers to communicate effectively with their parents, educators, and caregivers. As an early a childhood educator and parent Leah Albertson became very aware of the frustrations babies and toddlers go through when trying to communicate.

As a result, Leah begain to introduce her first child to a few simple American Sign Language signs. As Leah's six month old began to communicate what she wanted through sign language, it was amazing to see her frustrations lessen. Within the first year her daughter was able to use simple one word signs to communicate when she was hungry, tired, in pain, or to identify an interest.

Signing with babies and toddlers has helped parents, caregivers, and educators increase the bond they share with their children and students.
